Louise Baldock was a Labour Councillor in the city of Liverpool for two terms, 2006 - 2014. This was her award-winning blog, written mainly as a councillor about issues affecting Kensington and Fairfield ward, sometimes as a politician, and sometimes simply personal commentary. Although she thought she might rekindle the blog after May 2015, she has now changed her mind and leaves this as an archive and record.

HOW TO START EACH DAY WITH A POSITIVE OUTLOOK
1. Open a new file in your computer.
2. Name it "All Lib-Dems".
3. Send it to the Recycle Bin.
4. Empty the Recycle Bin.
5. Your PC will ask you:
'Do you really want to get rid of "All Lib Dems?"
6. Firmly Click 'Yes.'
7. Feel better?
GOOD!

Need to stop taking life so seriously? Need an escape from all the hatred bringing you down? Need time out so you can figure out what actually matters in life?
At least Lawrence has a sense of humour, not like some of the LibDems who spend their waking hours poring over my utterances. Still, as my mate Lisa always says, if they are bothering you then at least they are leaving everyone else alone.
Part time therapist, this blog demonstrates what a full life I do have, and how most of it is dedicated to council work, to the people and community of Kensington and Fairfield or the wider Liverpool, and that I still make time for some hobbies too. Conversely it is you and your other anonymous LibDem mates that have yet to prove that they have any life at all other than bating me and watching me and reporting to each other on my moves. And you know, with Twitter, you cannot even be anonymous, so now I am able to see how interesting my life is to you all, such that you talk to each other about it. Still, it is better than being ignored I guess.

LOUISE.... GET. A. LIFE.
Really Louise!!!
Not all Liverpool Fib Dems are bad...Just the vastly overwhelming majority of them!!!
Here's another one for you, Louise.
1. Create a new file called "Labour Victory in the General Election 2010".
2. Save it to your desktop.
3. Do a "Search" for the file.
4. It'll come up with the answer "No such file found".
5. Get depressed. : )
